KOQM

 LIGHTING DESIGNER

Koqm, written and performed by L'nu storyteller shalan joudry, is a one-woman monologue-driven show, which was performed at King's Theatre in Annapolis Royal. The performer was masked for majority of the show, and the show included a choreographed movement piece. As lighting designer, I worked to represent the look and feeling of a wooded forest space over the course of many generations, playing with different qualities of light and a dynamic hazer to create beams of light through what might have been openings in the forest leaves above.
